Purpose:
The job purpose of a Supply Chain Material Operator is varied and challenging. You will work as a member of the Logistics & Warehouse team under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for receiving, dispatching, sorting, keeping record of incoming and outgoing materials.
One key aspect of this role will be the matter expert for managing after sales spares and reworks inventory.
Responsible:
· Ensure requisitions / Bill of Materials are fulfilled efficiently.
· Recording and maintaining project and internal stock on ERP system.
· Act as (Subject Matter Expert) SME for after sales spares and reworks inventory and disposition
· Act as (Subject Matter Expert) SME for Goods Inwards and ensure best practices are followed.
· Organise shipments out or collections with freight providers
· Ensure inventories in area of responsibility are accurate & stock movements are recorded
· Scheduling material delivery’s based on material required dates for projects
· Excess material management
· Adherence to Good Management Practices and comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
· Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures as business evolves.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure Supply Chain requirements are met and provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager as required.
· Identify, drive to completion, implement process and systems improvements that will enhance Logistics Operations
· Ensue best in practice safety standards are followed
· Other duties as directed by the Supply Chain Manager or management
Experience & Qualifications:
· 1 years + experience working
· Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Key Skills & Attributes
· Good IT skills (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential.
· Strong experience and understanding on Microsoft application especially SharePoint and Teams
· Working Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
· Good organizational skills with the ability to prepare and maintain records and files
· Strong sense of customer focus and teamwork.
· Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients, and suppliers.
Pay: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per year

- Shannon, County Clare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
