My client, based in Castletroy, Co Limerick, is looking for a Call Centre Representative to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role is an immediate start and will finish on 8th March. Candidates must be available to work for the full duration of the contract.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls
- Sending emails
- Accurately transcribing information
- Setting up appointments
- Responding to queries
The ideal candidate will have:
- Attention to Detail
- Good Listening Skills
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and navigating software systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Salary: €12.88 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
