Century Play in Letterkenny are hiring a supervisor to work alongside the team to help enhance and deliver outstanding customer service within the department.
Job Description:
- A background in customer service from within the hospitality sector, would be an advantage. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a keen eye for customer service while directing fellow team members.
- Confident in their ability to look after the needs of our customers who span a wide age range.
- Assist with staff training and team development.
- Maintain cleanliness, have excellent organisational skills, and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience of a supervisory role is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work mornings/evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Previous supervisory experience of at least 1 year is preferred. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and mature-minded candidate.
