Main duties include:
Assisting with the administration of all moves from point of hand over from sales team to final delivery. Types of moves will be local, national, UK/European, International into and out of Ireland to include any storage options.
Calmly and efficiently communicate with current clients, providing any required information, accurately entering any new data onto company IT system and maintaining correspondence throughout the removal process. Obtain insurance proposal forms, declaration to insurers and assisting client with the successful completion and handing over of any claims documents.
Resolving any customer problems or complaints associated with the removal process.
Communicate with internal sales teams, moving crews, warehouse staff and externally with shipping lines and suppliers.
Hours of Work - 9.00am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday - flexibility required
