We are looking for an experienced, reliable and safety-conscious Hook/Skip Driver to join our growing waste and recycling business based in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and delivery of hook bins, skip bins ensuring excellent customer service while operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Collection and delivery of hook/skip bins throughout Cork City and County.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with road traffic and company procedures.
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
- Provide a professional and courteous service to customers.
- Assist with other transport duties when required.
Requirements
- Full clean Category C driving licence (CE an advantage).
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous hook loader/skip truck experience preferred, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Good knowledge of Cork City and County.
- Strong work ethic with excellent timekeeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
