We are working with a private equity-backed, scaling Irish technology-enabled services business embarking on an exciting transformation journey. As the company evolves into a product-led, technology-driven organisation, they are seeking an exceptional Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to join the executive leadership team and shape the next phase of growth.
This is far more than a traditional technology leadership role not CTO role. The successful candidate will lead Product, Technology, and Engineering, driving business transformation through modern software, automation, AI, and scalable product development. Working closely with the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team, you will define the technology vision, improve execution, accelerate product delivery, and align technology investment with commercial objectives.
