What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
- Encouraging participation in social and community activities
- Promoting independence, choice, dignity and inclusion
- Providing personal care where required
- Supporting person-centred plans and individual outcomes
- Working as part of a welcoming team
What We Are Looking For
- QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Health Service Skills or equivalent
- A genuine interest in supporting people with intellectual disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, flexible and person-centred approach
- Full driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles
