Client: Leading Residential & Commercial Developer
Essentials: Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management; 2+ years experience as a Site Manager in Ireland.
Location: Wicklow
Salary: €85,000 - €90,000

- Oversee day-to-day site operations, managing construction teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery of works
- Manage and monitor the project programme, including short-term planning and tracking progress against key milestones
- Coordinate design reviews and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout all project stages
- Ensure all works are completed in line with quality standards, building regulations, and project specifications
- Take responsibility for site health & safety, fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with regulations
- Track and manage commercial performance, including subcontractor packages, cost control, and procurement activities
- Lead site meetings, driving coordination, resolving issues, and maintaining project momentum
- Liaise with third-party stakeholders, service providers, and local authorities to support project delivery
- Provide strong leadership to site teams, including delegation, mentoring, and performance management
