Here at AES Recycling we are looking for a motivated customer service agent to become a key part of our team at our Donore Road office.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, care and an excellent standard of customer care.
- Log customer complaints and share feedback with management to help shape improvements and new service offerings.
- Use all provided tools and systems confidently, including safe and secure handling of payments where required.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to support smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Record and process customer information accurately and to agreed standards.
- Contribute to a safe workplace by following all company Health & Safety guidelines.
- Represent AES professionally in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
What You Bring:
- Strong computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite (ECDL certification desirable).
- 1–2 years’ customer service or office experience.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €29,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
