As a Lead Planner / Scheduler, you'll be a key leader within our growing Projects & Scheduling team, playing an important role in both project delivery and the development of our planning capability. While you'll lead planning activities on some of our largest and most complex projects, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor and develop others, influence planning best practice, and help shape the future direction of the function.

In this role, you will:

Lead planning and scheduling activities for large-scale process and manufacturing projects valued at €100M+.

Provide guidance, support and mentorship to planners, graduates and new team members.

Help develop a high-performing planning team through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Take ownership of project schedules across the full project lifecycle, from design through construction, commissioning and handover.

Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Construction Managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Build trusted relationships with clients and become a key point of contact on all planning-related matters.

Set project milestones, monitor progress and drive actions to keep projects on track.

Lead schedule reviews, planning workshops and project control meetings.

Carry out critical path analysis and identify risks, opportunities and recovery strategies.

Develop and improve project controls tools, reporting and planning processes.

Provide clear schedule updates and performance reports to project teams and clients.

Support the continued growth and development of the Planning and Project Controls function.
To be considered for this role, you must have significant experience supporting pharmaceutical projects and have a strong understanding of the specific phases of the pharmaceutical (capital) project lifecycle.
