Role Overview
Clarke Machinery (Kells Depot) is seeking a motivated and organised Spare Parts Advisor to join team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring efficient and accurate parts operations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Identify and supply correct parts for customers.
· Efficiently manage telephone, email, and online enquiries.
· Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the parts department.
· Process parts orders accurately using internal software systems.
· Deliver professional, efficient, and friendly customer service at all times.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
· Have experience in the agricultural industry (desirable).
· Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
· Possess excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
· Be diligent, reliable, and flexible in their approach to work.
· Maintain high work standards and accuracy.
· Be highly motivated, energetic, and proactive.
Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
