We’re hiring a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate clients, deliver high-quality tax advice, and support the development of your team within Azets Ireland.
You will also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, leading advisory projects, and contributing to wider business goals, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering technical excellence and building strong client relationships.
- Support and mentor your team, including conducting appraisals and coaching assignments.
- Identify and deliver high-quality tax advisory and planning projects.
- Assist Partners with business development and revenue growth initiatives.
- Contribute to wider team objectives and the Smarter People plan.
- Manage workflow and technical discussions to maintain high-quality delivery.
- Establish strong client relationships through proactive communication and advisory.
- Provide guidance on complex tax matters across multiple sectors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate on projects to enhance service quality and client experience.
- CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA (or equivalent) qualified.
- Experience in Corporate or Mixed Tax within a practice environment.
- Exposure to multiple sectors with adaptable technical expertise.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to apply solutions commercially.
- Analytical skills with practical, commercially-focused outcomes.
- Leadership experience managing multiple engagements and mentoring teams.
- Proven client relationship management and high-quality delivery record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
