Roadform Ltd require a Civil Foreman for projects in the Cork area. This role would ideally suit someone who is Cork based with experience on Civil Projects.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibility for day to day running of contracts including but not limited to:

Management of Roadform Ltd operatives on site

Management of Subcontractors on site

Involvement in planning weekly works

Ordering of materials- stone and concrete

Ensure the site diary is completed accurately and compile photographic records of site progress

Ensure allocation sheets are completed daily

Ensure construction operations are carried out in accordance with the contract health, safety, environmental and quality requirements as per project RAMS

Implementation and supervision of Traffic Management Plans
