We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Creel, Westport.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys leading a team and thrives in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment.
THE ROLE
As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, supporting management and helping ensure our high standards of food, service and customer experience are maintained.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Can confidently lead, motivate and support a team
- Is self-motivated and can take direction and get the job done without needing to be micromanaged
- Has a genuine passion for excellent customer service
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced hospitality environment
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is reliable, professional and leads by example
- Can remain calm and organised during busy services
- Is comfortable taking responsibility and using their own initiative
- Is available to work across a 7-day roster
Previous supervisory or senior hospitality experience is highly desirable.
