At Little Kickers, we believe that football is more than just a sport — it’s a way to teach kids life skills, boost confidence, and most of all, have FUN! We run fun, imaginative football-based classes for children aged 18 months to 7 years, combining physical activity with creativity, social skills, and teamwork.
The Role:
We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and fun-loving Lead Coaches in Oranmore to join our Galway team! You’ll be leading sessions that are high-energy, imaginative, and totally focused on giving kids the best start to sport. As a Lead Coach, you'll be responsible for running classes, leading a small coaching team, and creating an environment where children can laugh, learn, and love being active.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead engaging and fun football-based classes for children aged 18 months to 7 years.
- Bring a big personality and contagious energy to every session.
- Support, guide, and manage assistant coaches during classes.
- Build great relationships with parents, kids, and the wider Little Kickers team.
- Set up and pack away equipment, and ensure sessions are safe, smooth, and enjoyable.
- Represent the Little Kickers brand with passion and positivity.

- Confident leading a group and creating a fun, structured environment.
- Reliable, organized, and a great communicator.
- Previous experience in coaching or working with children (sports, education, or childcare) is a big plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €13.50-€17.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- CO. Galway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
