Nourish is a small artisan sourdough bakery-meets-cafe, with an open plan layout where all our work is done in front of customers so a friendly personality and a genuine like for people is a must. We would love someone with baking experience but no qualification needed, happy to teach on the job for the right person. To start ASAP or by second week in September.
We have worked out our system to not require bakers hours. All our shifts are between 7am -5pm. Depending on experience there are a few hours every morning and afternoon for a baker, with a full day Wednesdays prepping when we are closed, or there are more for someone with a customer service ability.
Dingle is seasonal so hours will go from max 50 in September/October, to around 30 in the winter.
Pay: €14.50-€15.50 per hour
