Production Sausage Operative – O'Flynn's Gourmet Sausage Company, Cork
We're one of Cork's most loved food businesses — four generations of craft sausage making, an English Market institution, and a production facility in Wilton that supplies retailers and wholesalers nationwide. We're growing, and we need good people to grow with us.
The Role
You'll work as part of our Wilton production team, keeping the line moving — producing, packing, and labelling our sausages and products to the high standards our customers expect. Fast-paced, hands-on, and genuinely important work.
What You'll Do
Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently
Pack and label all orders correctly, including best before dates and batch codes
Follow HACCP, H&S, and quality procedures at all times
Maintain hygiene and housekeeping across the production area
Rotate stock on a FIFO basis
Participate in line cleaning and general production duties
Be flexible to meet customer delivery requirements
What You'll Need
HACCP training (we can arrange this if needed)
Eligible to work in Ireland
English language proficiency

Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player. You take pride in doing a job right, take feedback well, and bring a positive attitude every day. Previous food production experience is a plus but not essential — we'll train the right person.
