Can you turn a strong Halloween idea into a complete, unforgettable visitor experience?
Electric Events is looking for an imaginative and practical Creative Producer to help develop an immersive Halloween event at a historic visitor attraction in Wicklow Town.
We already have the venue, the foundations of the event and a number of ideas in place. We now need a creative person to bring everything together, develop the concept and turn it into a clear, exciting and deliverable experience.
The role will include:
- Developing the overall theme and creative direction
- Designing the visitor journey from arrival to departure
- Creating scenes, storylines, characters and scare moments
- Developing ideas for sets, props, costumes and decoration
- Recommending lighting, sound and special effects
- Identifying opportunities to use the historic venue creatively
- Preparing a practical production plan for performers, suppliers and the event team
- Ensuring the experience can be delivered within the agreed budget and timeframe
We need someone with big ideas who also understands how to make them happen. This is not simply an event-management position—it is a creative role for someone who can take an existing concept, improve it and shape it into a fully developed Halloween experience.
Experience in immersive events, theatre, festivals, visitor attractions, set design, live entertainment or Halloween productions would be an advantage.
Contract details:
- Short-term freelance contract for several weeks
- Immediate start
- Based at a historic visitor attraction in Wicklow Town
- Some remote work may be possible, but regular site visits will be required
- Day rate or project fee to be agreed based on experience
