Full-Time Floor Staff – Busy Dublin Bar (Flexible Hours)

Are you an outgoing people-person who thrives in fast-paced environments? One of Dublin’s busiest and most loved bars is on the hunt for full time floor staff to join our dynamic, welcoming team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ensure they feel welcome and well taken care of
- Take accurate drinks orders and deliver them efficiently to tables
- Serve drinks during regular service and special events
- Support event service, including setup, table service, and clear-down
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the floor area
- Clear tables, reset for new guests, and support general turnover
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety guidelines
- Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong team ethic
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work full-time hours
