Due to continued growth and expansion, Frescold Services is seeking an experienced Heat Pump Technician to join our team. This is a service and maintenance position, working on heat pump and associated heating systems, with a strong focus on diagnostics, fault-finding, repairs and customer service.
THE ROLE
- Service and maintenance of heat pump systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Troubleshooting heat pump controls and associated heating systems
- Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown response
- System performance checks and identification of faults
- Complete service reports and relevant job documentation
- Provide a professional service to customers and work to company health & safety standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant heating, refrigeration, electrical or heat pump qualifications
- Previous experience servicing and repairing heat pump systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good understanding of heating systems, electrical controls and heat pump operation
- F-Gas certification where applicable
- Full clean driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach
