Lecturer - Organisational Behaviour (Blended)

We are currently seeking applications for a part-time Lecturer to deliver an online undergraduate-level module in organisational Behaviour. We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable educator who is passionate about their field and committed to inspiring and engaging students in their learning.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced academic or organisational behaviour professional to contribute to the development of students by delivering engaging, practical, and industry-relevant classes that build strong knowledge of organisational behaviour, critical analytical skills, and professional competence. The role offers the opportunity to connect theory with real-world organisational practice, helping students develop the insight, confidence, and interpersonal skills required to succeed in todays dynamic workplaces.

Location: Live Online
Contract: Part-time
Duration: 9 classes over a 12-week semester
Teaching hours: 1.75 hours per week (evenings)
Day & Times: Thursdays 6.15pm - 8pm
Start Date: week of 7th September 2026
Module Topics include:
- The nature and functions of management
- The evolution of management theory
- Business environment
- Planning & decisoin making
- Managing diversity
Essential qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have:
- A postgraduate qualification in Organisational Behaviour, Business, Management, Human Resource Management or a related discipline (minimum requirement)
- Relevant academic, professional, or industry experience in organisational behaviour, management, human resources, or a related field
- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, IT, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to connect organisational behaviour theory with contemporary workplace practices and real-world organisational challenges
- A proactive, student-centred approach, with a commitment to supporting learner engagement, progression, and employability
Desirable
- Previous lecturing, teaching, or professional training experience
- Experience delivering Organisational Behaviour, Management, Human Resource Management, or related modules in higher education or professional training environments
- Relevant professional qualifications or membership of a recognised professional body
- Experience incorporating case studies, practical activities, workplace examples, and experiential learning into teaching
- Experience using digital learning platforms and contemporary teaching technologies
