Job Description:
In Zintek, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our small warehouse facilities. As a key member of our team, you will lead by example, driving excellence in service delivery, inventory management, and process optimization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide stock control for Field Engineers
- Oversee dispatch operations for a small warehouse, goods receiving, regular counting, packing, and inventory management with meticulous attention to detail.
- Set clear team objectives and targets, providing ongoing performance feedback and support.
- Drive process improvements by reviewing existing workflows and implementing smarter practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Support existing IT services with updates and improvements.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems, with a proven ability to manage logistics efficiently.
- Track record of developing and implementing process improvement initiatives aligned with industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Sage or similar product management systems, coupled with computer literacy.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to attention to detail, follow-through, and delivering results within specified deadlines.
- Self-starter mentality with flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse management role, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry operations.

- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and challenge existing processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
