As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a driven Junior Revenue Analyst to enhance our financial performance. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for working with data.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain full knowledge of all rates, (standard, negotiated and promotional etc.), room types, overall company product and our primary competition.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports.
- Monitor and reconcile revenue streams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Support the development of forecasting models and revenue projections.
- Assist the Reservations department with rates and any systems related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights on revenue-related issues.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and perform special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and revenue recognition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Desirable: Serviced Apartments or Hotel Industry knowledge
