You’ll step into a role where your leadership, judgement and technical understanding truly matter.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, bringing together diverse expertise to deliver complex infrastructure projects successfully.

You’ll play a key role in shaping delivery strategies, balancing time, cost, quality and safety to drive strong outcomes for clients.

Your ability to build trusted relationships—both internally and externally—will allow you to influence, guide and deliver with confidence.

You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging fresh thinking and smarter ways of working.

What you’ll be doing

Leading the delivery of major road and rail projects across Ireland
Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and delivery plans
Creating a proactive environment for risk identification, mitigation and innovation
Acting as a key point of contact for clients—communicating progress, challenges and solutions clearly
Promoting a strong safety-first culture across all project activities
Ensuring successful outcomes aligned to programme, cost and quality objectives

Here's what you'll need

Proven experience delivering transport infrastructure projects across Roads, Rail and/or Aviation sectors
Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
Chartered Engineer status (or actively working towards chartership) with a recognised professional institution
Strong understanding of project management principles and successful delivery within multidisciplinary teams
Experience working with TII, NTA and Department of Transport processes, Irish planning legislation and Public Works Contracts would be highly advantageous
Experience administering or managing projects under NEC or similar contract frameworks
Additional experience providing expert witness services or participating in Oral Hearings would be an advantage
