ALL FLIGHTS, TRAVEL COSTS, ACCOMMODATION AND CAR HIRE COSTS ARE INCLUDED AS WELL AS A LUCRUTAIVE DAILY ALLOWANCE.

Overview of Position
- Installs cable, wiring & circuits needed to power the equipment and appliances within the building.
- Attend Cx meetings.
- Act on items of work indicated in Cx meeting minutes.
- Work with other team members to complete the Cx schedule.
- Provide required documentation in a timely manner.
- Cooperate with the other Cx team members to complete the project as efficiently as possible.
Primary Responsibilities
- Inspecting locations where electrical systems are installed.
- Installing, maintaining, modifying and repairing electrical systems.
- Ensuring that electrical systems adhere to the electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Supervising ongoing electrical installations and providing technical expertise to the General Operative teams where needed.
- Reading drawings, wiring diagrams and installation manuals to complete project tasks.
- Recording materials that are used on the project & routine electrical inspections
- Track and review progress through meetings.
- Create an empowering and inspiring work culture with the Team.
- Attain customer satisfaction through adhering to project guidelines.
- Report to the Cx Manager.
Required Skills Electrical
- Familiar with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Identifying electrical problems relating to the install and repairing them, troubleshooting electrical issues with testing equipment while recording the results.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficient with hand tools.
- Ability to understand and apply basic mathematical skills.
- Perform periodic inspections of the Cx equipment.
- Maintain a deficiency list of electrical issues identified during inspections.
Education and Experience
- At least 2 years working in a similar role.
- Completed electrical apprenticeship and Diploma as minimum
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Special Position Requirements
- Promote a safety culture on site.
- Have a willingness to travel.

Pay: From €50,000.00 per year
