Product Owner / Technical Product Manager (with Delivery Management)
About the Role
A senior hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, technology and operations. You'll own two core operational platforms; a Workforce Management Platform and a CRM, while leading a small engineering team to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
You will be the bridge between business stakeholders, operations and engineering, combining strategic product thinking with hands-on delivery leadership. Equally comfortable shaping a roadmap with senior stakeholders and diving into API design with engineers.

What You'll Bring
- 58+ years in a Product Owner, Technical PM or hybrid Delivery/Product role
- Proven Agile delivery experience leading small engineering squads
- Strong technical grounding APIs, integrations, workflows, data models
- Background in CRM, scheduling, workforce management or operational platforms
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at all levels
- Self-directed and effective in environments without rigid PM structures
- Fluent at translating between business needs and technical solutions
What You Will Do
Product & Strategy
- Own and drive the roadmap aligned to business and operational priorities
- Define and maintain a prioritised, outcomes-focused product backlog
- Translate stakeholder needs into technically viable specifications
- Balance business value, delivery capacity and technical debt
Delivery Management
- Lead sprint planning, refinement, tracking and release coordination
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and blockers
- Drive continuous improvement
- Maintain predictable, high-quality delivery against roadmap commitments
Technical Product Management
- Partner with engineering on architecture, integrations and system design
- Own API and integration requirements across platforms
- Proactively manage technical debt
- Ensure performance, scalability and data integrity across systems
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary interface between business, operations and engineering
- Gather, challenge and refine requirements at all levels
- Communicate clearly on progress, risks, trade-offs and outcomes
- Manage expectations confidently across competing priorities
