Health Club at Breaffy House Resort is looking to recruit a Health Club Supervisor to join our team.
The Health Club Supervisor will ensure the smooth running of every aspect of the day-to-day management of the Club dedicated to sports, leisure, health and fitness.
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
- training and supervising staff;
- organising fitness activities or programmes;
- assisting with the financial management;
- promoting and marketing the business;
- ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation;
- maintaining customer service standards;
- dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
Qualifications and training required
The right candidate must have relevant qualifications in Leisure and Fitness. The candidate should possess experience in a supervisory role; and several years experience as a leisure centre attendant or similar role.
