We are looking for an experienced Qualified Bespoke Kitchen & Furniture Fitter to join our highly skilled team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fitter who takes pride in their workmanship and wants to work on high-quality bespoke residential and commercial projects.
The Role
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the installation of bespoke kitchens, cabinetry, fitted furniture and interiors.
You will work as part of a highly qualified team of designers, cabinet makers and fitters, working on projects from our manufacturing facility through to final installation.
The role will include:
- Fitting bespoke kitchens
- Installing bespoke wardrobes and fitted furniture
- Installing cabinetry and bespoke interiors
- Working on high-end residential projects
- Commercial interior fit-outs
- Reading and working accurately from detailed technical drawings and plans
- Carrying out on-site adjustments and finishing work
- Working closely with our manufacturing and design teams
- Maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in bespoke kitchen/furniture fitting is essential.
Candidates must have:
- Proven experience fitting bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture
- Excellent understanding of cabinetry and furniture installation
- Ability to read and accurately work from detailed technical drawings
- Strong practical knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standard of workmanship and finishing
- Good problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and excellent timekeeping
- Full clean driving licence – essential
Additional Skills – An Advantage
While the primary role is bespoke kitchen and furniture fitting, additional carpentry and interior fit-out skills would be highly advantageous.
Experience with areas such as:
- Laminate flooring
- Skirting boards
- Architraves
- Wall panelling
- General interior finishing would be a valuable addition to your skill set.
