Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Advisor to play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers.
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Foxford Shop including cashing up & locking up procedures.
- Pushing to reach and exceed all KPI’s.
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience through expert sales support and service.
- Identify customer needs and preferences to offer tailored product recommendations.
- Effectively present and merchandise products to maximise sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about product details, features, and benefits to assist customers confidently.
- Ensure the store is maintained to the highest visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee stock levels, ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organised.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold operational excellence.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or sales role.
- Friendly, confident, and engaging personality.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and inspire team members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
