We're looking for a Service Advisor with a customer-first attitude - someone who can keep a busy front desk moving and the workshop running smoothly without letting things slip.
It's a front-of-house role at the heart of our service department. You'll be the first point of contact when a customer's car comes in, and the link between them and the technicians. It's a busy job, and a rewarding one if you like looking after people and getting things done right.
What the role involves:

Looking after customers in person, by phone, and online

Booking work in and keeping the workshop efficiently loaded

Giving accurate estimates, explaining the work, and securing authorisation before it starts

Keeping customers and technicians updated throughout

Recommending additional work or service plans where they benefit the customer

Resolving concerns calmly and promptly

Keeping invoicing, warranty, and service records accurate
What you'll bring:

Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role - motor trade a bonus, not essential

A natural way with people and a calm head when things get busy

Confidence with booking systems and IT

Strong organisation and an eye for detail
