We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our growing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, and pastries. The candidate must be skilled in following recipes, utilizing baking equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. The Baker must be able to work independently and in a team environment, while adhering to food safety regulations. The successful candidate would be required to work onsite 2-3 days per week, producing a high volume of top-quality sweet treats and pastries.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods
- Decorate and prepare baked goods for display
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist in maintaining equipment and tools
Requirements:
- Formal culinary education or equivalent experience as a Baker
- Talent and creativity and passion for food
- Excellent leadership and effective time management
- Flexibility to work schedule
- Must have Valid work permit / right to work in Ireland
