Fitzgerald's Menswear is a fourth-generation family business and one of Ireland's most respected menswear retailers, with eight stores across the South East. We carry premium brands including Barbour, GANT, Tommy Hilfiger, and Eden Park. Our customers come to us because they trust us and that trust is built on the shop floor, by the people who work here.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in the experience they give a customer, someone who reads this and thinks: that sounds like me. You don't need to have worked in menswear specifically. What matters is whether the following sounds familiar:
- You're the kind of person customers warm to quickly. You listen well, you read the room, and you make people feel looked after without being pushy.
- You're commercially minded. You understand that great service and strong sales aren't opposites, they go hand in hand.
- You hold yourself to a high standard. Whether the shop is quiet or packed, your presentation and attention to detail don't slip.
- You're dependable and a team player. Your colleagues can count on you.
- You're flexible and get that weekends are part of the job, not an inconvenience.
- You have a genuine interest in style, clothing, or the brands we carry or you're the type of person who, once you're here, will develop one quickly.
