We are building a predictable lead generation and partnership engine through trade shows — across Ireland, UK, US, and niche verticals (golf, luxury, etc.).
This role owns the full strategy and execution:
Which shows to attend
How we show up
How we convert leads into revenue
This is not event coordination — this is commercial ownership of a revenue channel.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Plan and execute trade show strategy (markets, ROI, prioritization)
- Manage booth setup, messaging, and offers
- Recruit and manage a travelling sales team
- Build B2B relationships (agents, corporate, partners)
- Own post-show follow-up systems (critical)
- Track:
- Leads generated
- Partnerships created
- Revenue pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in events, partnerships, or B2B sales
- Strong commercial mindset (ROI-focused)
- Highly organized and energetic
- Comfortable travelling internationally
