The Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Store Merchandiser to join our team in our Bluebell store. This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting their career in retail or warehouse operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the store well stocked, tidy, and visually appealing to ensure a great experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Restocking shelves and ensuring products are fully replenished
- “Facing off” shelves to keep displays neat, organised, and customer-friendly
- General tidying and upkeep of the store floor
- Maintaining clean and safe working areas
- Supporting the team with basic store maintenance tasks
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting low stock to supervisors
- Assisting customers by directing them to products as needed
- Assisting the Branch Stock Controller with stock cycle counts
What We’re Looking For
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong enough to be comfortable with lifting and moving stock
- Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues
