We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CDU Supervisor to join our management team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in maintaining the highest standards of patient safety by overseeing every stage of the medical device reprocessing lifecycle.

Reprocessing Oversight: Supervise all stages of the medical device reprocessing cycle to ensure strict compliance and safety.

Equipment & Quality: Conduct equipment testing, sign-offs, and set up new loan and instrument sets.

Team Leadership: Train and develop staff to ensure team-wide proficiency and high performance.

Operations & Tracking: Maintain a robust stock control system and utilize T-Doc for accurate tracking and documentation.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital decontamination unit.

Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with medical device reprocessing and tracking systems (T-Doc experience preferred).

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

Attributes: High levels of flexibility, accountability, and exceptional attention to detail.

Flexibility: Available to work evening shifts and occasional weekends to support planned CDU activity.

Desirable: Third-level qualification in Decontamination is an advantage, but not essential.
