What you’ll be doing:
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting & patching
- Diagnosing issues and carrying out effective fixes
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
- Keeping properties safe, functional, and looking great
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in property maintenance or handyman work
- Good knowledge of tools, materials, and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full driving licence (preferred)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused attitude
