Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Platform Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations, compliance, and user ecosystem of CDX.ie—Ireland’s premier B2B online vehicle disposal and trade auction platform.
As the gatekeeper and operational hub of the platform, you will oversee trade user onboarding, ensure strict compliance with motor trade, support high-value salvage and trade transactions, and maintain data integrity across our fully secure, encrypted network. This role requires a unique mix of technical comfort, customer service excellence, and a solid understanding of the automotive, remarketing, or vehicle insurance sectors.
Responsibilities and Duties
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Initiating relationships and respond to queries with decision-makers through phone.
2. Generating leads & managing client onboarding; follow-up with clients via calls or emails
3. Making contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
4. Auditing website, suggesting improvements, implementing changes, researching keywords, developing content, applying headers, titles, tags, etc.
5. Overseeing all the social media accounts of the company
6. Communicating with the senior authorities of leading organizations and explaining our services to them.
8. Conducting online and offline research on various topics suggested by the company
9. Assisting our team in various sales campaigns
