We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Stylist to join our growing salon. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate stylist who has gained 2–3 years of salon experience and is ready to develop their skills in a supportive, creative, and professional environment.
About the Role
As a Junior Stylist, you will work alongside our experienced team to deliver exceptional hair services and outstanding customer care. You'll have the opportunity to continue building your confidence, expand your technical skills, and grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming salon experience.
- Carry out thorough client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and retail products.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organised, and professional salon.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve salon goals.
- Stay up to date with current hair trends, techniques, and products.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years' salon experience.
- Confident in blow-drying, and colouring services.
- Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and take part in ongoing training.
