Our client is currently hiring Industrial Spray Painters for work based in Moate, Co. Westmeath.
The ideal candidate will have previous spray painting experience and will have previously worked in a workshop/factory environment.
The role:
- Suitable preparation of surfaces before spraying
- Comfortable with using spray painting gun and equipment
- Responsible for organisation of spray painting booth/area including management of paint stock & materials
- Responsible for maintaining equipment to an acceptable standard e.g carrying out regular maintenance checks, regular cleaning of equipment, correct storage etc
- Maintain a clean and neat work space and adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standard.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a spray painter in an industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or construction environment
- Ability to prepare surfaces, including sanding, cleaning, and masking
- Experience using spray painting equipment and mixing paints to specifications
- Knowledge of paint finishes, coatings, and application techniques
- Ability to work in a fast moving environment and meet production deadlines is a must.
