Digital Content & Social Media Assistant – Avoca Launch
PÓG | Dublin | Part-Time / Graduate Opportunity
PÓG is looking for a creative, digitally savvy postgraduate to join us at a very exciting stage of our growth.
This September, PÓG launches into Avoca, and we are looking for someone with energy, ideas and a natural instinct for social media to work alongside our Founder & Creative Director and help bring this next chapter of the brand to life.
About PÓG
PÓG is an Irish jewellery and lifestyle brand built around love, connection, colour and self-expression.
At the heart of the brand are values of inclusion, mental wellbeing and neurodiversity. We believe in celebrating individuality and creating products, stories and experiences that make people feel good, connected and included.
The Role
You will take real ownership of PÓG's Instagram presence and work with us across the Avoca launch, campaigns, collaborations and key retail moments.
You will help us:
- Plan and manage Instagram content, Stories and Reels
- Create engaging short-form video and behind-the-scenes content
- Develop a strong and consistent content calendar
- Bring fresh ideas to campaigns and brand storytelling
- Build and engage our online community
- Capture content around the Avoca launch, events and collaborations
- Track engagement and identify opportunities for growth
- Contribute to TikTok and our wider digital strategy
Who Are We Looking For?
Ideally, you are a recent postgraduate in Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, Advertising, PR or a related creative discipline.
You are:
- Digitally native and genuinely excited by social media
- Creative, curious and full of ideas
- Confident creating Reels and short-form video
- A strong visual storyteller
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Organised, proactive and adaptable
- Interested in brands, fashion, lifestyle and culture
- Someone who understands the importance of community, inclusion and purpose
An interest in mental wellbeing, neurodiversity and inclusive communication would be particularly welcome.
What You'll Gain
This isn't a role where you'll simply be scheduling posts.
You'll be joining PÓG during a significant retail launch and will have the opportunity to make a visible contribution to the growth of an Irish brand.
You'll work directly with the Founder & Creative Director, gaining hands-on experience across social media, brand development, campaigns, content creation, retail, collaborations and entrepreneurship.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to bring their own ideas to the table and make the role their own.
Interested?
Send us your CV, a short introduction telling us why PÓG interests you, and examples or links to social content you've created.
We look forward to hearing from you.
