Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and passionate Hairstylist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of hairdressing, committed to excellent customer service, and eager to grow with a thriving salon.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and blow-drying.
- Conduct client consultations and provide expert recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain high standards of salon presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Recommend and retail professional haircare products.
- Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and industry developments.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to create an outstanding client experience.
Requirements
- Qualified hairstylist with salon experience.
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring, and styling.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English preferred.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
