We're looking for compassionate, motivated Social Care Workers to join our growing team supporting children, young people and families across the Greater Dublin area. Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, evening, weekend or casual work, we'll work with you to build a pattern of hours that suits your availability wherever operationally possible.

- Family and access support
- Individual support
- Supervised transport
- Crisis and emergency response

What You'll Do
As a Social Care Worker, you'll provide practical and emotional support to children, young people and families in community settings.
Your work may include:
- Supporting children and young people in their local communities
- Facilitating family access visits
- Providing supervised transport
- Building positive, trusting relationships
- Promoting safety, wellbeing and positive outcomes
- Maintaining professional records and reports
- Working independently with regular management support

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Passionate about improving the lives of children and families
- Compassionate, reliable and professional
- Excellent communicators with strong relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Flexible and adaptable
Essential Requirements
- CORU registration, or proof that your application is in progress
- Full clean driving licence
- Access to an insured vehicle suitable for passenger transport
- Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends or early mornings as required
Experience in family support, access services, outreach or residential care would be advantageous but is not essential.
