Site Agent
Site Agents are responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of construction projects, managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate site operations across multiple projects.
- Lead site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Plan and allocate labour, plant, materials, and subcontract resources.
- Monitor project progress, programme, costs, quality, and safety performance.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and regulatory obligations.
- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and project documentation.
- Oversee temporary and permanent works coordination.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
- Membership of a relevant professional institution.
- Chartered status or working towards chartership.
- 5+ years’ experience on civil engineering projects, including at least 2 years in a Site Agent role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Full clean EU/Irish driving licence.
- Authorised to work in Ireland (e.g. Stamp 4 or Critical Skills Employment Permit).
Pay: €53,000.00-€82,000.00 per year
