What You Will Be Doing
- Providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support across a global user base
- Troubleshooting user access, application and desktop-related issues
- Managing and resolving tickets through JIRA
- Supporting Microsoft environments and end-user technologies
- Working with Active Directory, Azure/Entra and Citrix environments
- Supporting device rollouts and desktop environments
- Participating in daily team reviews around escalations and ticket management
- Getting involved in upgrades, projects and wider technology initiatives
What They Are Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience within IT Support, Helpdesk or Service Desk
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Exposure to Microsoft environments and networking fundamentals
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure/Entra or Citrix would be advantageous
- Someone proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
