Function: Route to Market
Location: Lisburn or Dublin
Contract: Temporary 1 year
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The RTM Executive evaluates, designs and implements Route-to-Market initiatives that support the needs of the market and help build a sustainable competitive advantage. The role maintains the quality of CCaF and segmentation, leads change within RTM, and supports the move towards automated solutions. It also identifies process improvements, makes better use of new technologies, and works closely with Commercial teams to improve customer centricity.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Strong computer proficiency, with experience using Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Front-line field sales experience in the Irish marketplace, with a clear understanding of customer needs and expectations.

Proactive, solution-focused, with a simplification mindset

Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends

Strong Commercial knowledge and the ability to make decisions based on data and results.

Ability to solve complex problems.

Strong time management and planning skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Optimize route plans for Business Developers through proactive collaboration.

Support the implementation of strategic re-routing projects.

Implement improvements everyday routing to unlock efficiency and improve customer coverage.

Support the development of reports that analyse the performance of existing and new initiatives.

Take responsibility for selected sales strategy projects, from concept through to implementation, in partnership with key stakeholders.

Analyse current sales performance and identify strategic sales opportunities and key milestones to support business growth.

Align and adapt sales strategy to the annual business plan and long-term corporate goals, in coordination with management.

Evaluate and monitor the success of implemented actions and prepare documents and reports to support management decisions and business updates.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven field sales experience with expertise in developing customer relationships, understanding of the market and consistently delivering against sales objectives.

Strong computer literacy, with advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
