Due to continued growth and expansion, we’re looking for an Accountant to join our finance team, driving operational efficiency within accounts, and continuous improvement across the department
About the Role
Reporting directly to senior management, you’ll support business growth, and lead initiatives that improve productivity, reporting and performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Accounting Operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger & Bank Reconciliations.
- Delivering all the financial reporting
- Creating consistent processes and structure for delivering the financial reporting.
- Giving a strong financial perspective to key decisions throughout the business.
- Creating budgets
- Proactively analysing data to help drive the business towards its vision of the future.
- Complete the monthly P&L review and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Management of the fixed asset register.
- Processing and management of payroll function.
- Undertake various ad hoc reporting or accounting assignments as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of the Finance team.
Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- 1–3 years experience
- Strong Excel and accounting systems proficiency
- High attention to detail with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Strong organisational and communication skills

Pay: €50,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
