The Role
We are recruiting three Team Leaders to provide on-shift leadership within our care team.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager and Home Manager, you will:
- Lead and support staff during shifts, modelling trauma-informed practice
- Ensure a safe, structured and nurturing environment
- Oversee daily logs, incident reports and risk assessments
- Participate in care planning, reviews and multi-disciplinary meetings
- Mentor Social Care Workers and students
- Support HIQA and Tusla compliance standards
- Contribute to reflective practice, supervision and continuous improvement
You will be part of building a culture that balances high standards with genuine care.
Qualifications & Experience
- QQI Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification children's residential experience
- Strong knowledge of HIQA/Tusla National Standards and Children First
- CORU registration or eligibility
- Full driving licence
- Successful Garda vetting
