We are seeking customer service agents to work in an office environment working with existing and new customers. The main aspects of the role.
The key function is to answer customer calls in a polite and friendly manner
Identify our customer order needs in respect of ordering oil products for volume and type of oil to be delivered to them.
Agree on a price and date and of delivery with the customers and take their payment details.
Enter these details onto our computer system.
Answer any customer queries on their order that may arise
Attempt to secure orders from new customers who call us seeking details of our offering.
Follow company procedures in all aspects of dealing with existing and new customers.
Work with fellow employees to ensure we provide a service that customers will be happy to return to us time and time again.
Pay: €32,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
