We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our Makeup & Beauty Counter.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping customers choose products that suit their individual beauty and skincare needs. You will also support the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy and beauty counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Offer advice on makeup, skincare, cosmetics and beauty products.
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Maintain attractive, clean and well-stocked displays.
- Process sales and operate the till accurately.
- Receive and replenish stock.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Work effectively as part of a busy pharmacy and retail team.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about makeup, beauty and skincare.
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
- Previous pharmacy, beauty or retail experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided.
