To assist experienced technician with the installation ,maintenance ,repair, and inspection of gas ,wood-burning , pellet, and electric fireplaces.
This position provides hands -on training in fireplace and stove installation ,safety procedures ,and customer service.
This job is Part -time ( Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday )
Key responsibilities
* Assist Technician with fireplace and stove installation
* Learn to safely handle tools, equipment , and materials used in fireplace construction and repair
* Support the assembly and installation of fireplace units and chimney systems
* Clean work areas and maintain a safe job site
* Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
* Interact professionally with customers and maintain a positive company image
Requirements
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
* Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
* Ability to work on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
* Basic mechanical aptitude
* Familiarity with hand and power tools
* Frequent lifting , bending ,kneeling , climbing , and standing
* Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
* Comfortable working at heights and in dusty environments
* Previous construction, masonry ,carpentry ,or trade experience is of benefit
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
